Right against discrimination
: (1) Persons with disabilities shall not be discriminated against or deprived of personal freedom on the basis of disability. (3) A person with a disability cannot be discriminated against by any member of his family or his guardian in terms of upbringing, food, care, distribution of property or other activities on the basis of his disability.
(4) No person shall be prohibited or subject to additional conditions or obligations on the basis of disability in the use or entry of any building or place opened for the general public to use or enter with or without payment of any fee.
